Hog roast Menu
A classic and traditional spit roast hog or whole lamb, manually tended and cooked on a combination of charcoal and fruit wood.
The hog / Lamb stomach cavity is stuffed with onions, garlic, apples and oranges, and ember cooked potatoes with fresh thyme and rosemary.
Included in the price are the following:-
Baby plumb and red onion salad.
Mixed leaf salad,
Asian coleslaw, Trinni potato salad, Beetroot and strawberry salad.
And for any Vegetarians or vegan diners
Grilled sweet peppers, grilled courgettes, grilled red onions, grilled field Mushrooms Mediterranean cous-cous and feta cheese salad,
wild rice salad.
