You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms. You may use the Services only if you have the power to form a contract with and are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so. The Services may continue to change over time as we refine and add more features. We may stop, suspend, or modify the Services at any time without prior notice to you. We may also remove any content from our Services at our discretion.

Your General Responsibilities

Files and other content in the Services may be protected by intellectual property rights of others. Please do not copy, upload, download, or share files unless you have the right to do so. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", AT YOUR OWN RISK, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. will have no responsibility for any harm to your computer system, loss or corruption of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services.



You can stop using our Services any time. We reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. For example, we may suspend or terminate your use if you are not complying with these Terms, or use the Services in any way that would cause us legal liability or disrupt others’ use of the Services. If we suspend or terminate your use, we will try to let you know in advance, though there may be some cases (for example, repeatedly or flagrantly violating these Terms, a court order, or danger to other users) where we may suspend immediately. If we terminate your service for breach of these terms no refund of any fees paid to relating to your service will be offered. If we terminate your service for any other reason than breach of these terms, or at our sole discretion, then we may refund unused portion of deposits paid for the Services on a pro-rate basis.

Covid-19 and Corona Virus termination.

Home Cuisine Catering ltd will only offer clients deposit refund if the company (home cuisine catering ltd) is forced to cancel your event or party, due to the strict Due Diligence taken and the  high levels of both investment and training in client protection from Covid-19 virus, Home cuisine catering ltd will not accept liability for client based cancellation or third party cancellation.

You as the client, will only pay your deposit fee if you agree to this Term and are happy to be bound by it.


THESE TERMS AND THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED KINGDOM LAW EXCEPT FOR ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS PRINCIPLES. ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES MUST BE LITIGATED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COURTS OF GREAT BRITAIN, UK AND BOTH PARTIES CONSENT TO VENUE AND PERSONAL JURISDICTION THERE. These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and with respect to the Services, and supersede and replace any other agreements, terms and conditions applicable to the Services. These Terms create no third party beneficiary rights.’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. If a provision is found unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in full effect and an enforceable term will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible. You may not assign any of your rights in these Terms, and any such attempt is void, but may assign its rights to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or to any successor in interest of any business associated with the Services. and you are not legal partners or agents; instead, our relationship is that of independent contractors.

Payments & Fees

All charges payable by you for the Services shall be in accordance with the scale of charges and rates published from time to time by us on our web site ( errors and omissions excepted, and shall be due and payable in advance of provision of the Services. You agree that, except where otherwise specified in these terms, these fees are not refundable on any basis.

We reserve the right to alter pricing, including ceasing to offer elements of the Services. will inform you by email if the charge for a service is to be altered. You can then decide if you want to continue to use such service. Your continued use of the service after the proposed fee modification has been notified will be considered acceptance of the proposed fee modification.

All fees for our services are some times due in advance and in the case of New Customer payments, your contract will automatically be considered binding once your deposit for our service is paid, on the day of completion of our catering services to you, your final full and complete remaining of our gross  invoice will  be paid, following a 24 hour period of your Non-payment to us,, 5% of your total remaining bill will be charged, this charge will increase by 5% daily until your outstanding debt to is paid in full.  If you choose to pay by credit or debit card then you authorize homecuisine owner K S Lewis-law to debit your account over due or outstanding payment fees from your card. If you wish to cancel your contract with, you must do so in writing at least 7 working days before .

All fees paid to us are non refundable except in circumstances set out in these Terms.

Refuse removal, in accepting these terms and conditions, you will agree to a £5.00 fee for removal of each full refuse sack that is created by home cuisine catering in the fulfillment of our services, Home Cuisine Catering  charge all clients £25.00 for kitchen or facilities cleaning if on arrival, we have to clean your facilities before we are able to begin our catering services.

Arrival times, Home Cuisine Catering will always endevour to arrive on site in good time so as to fulfill our duties, Home Cuisine Catering will not be held responsible for delays  caused by traffic delays, road works and or inclement weather.

You agree not to issue a charge back via your bank in relation to any fees charged by us. If you do so you accept that you will be liable for our costs in dealing with the charge back and recovering any fees properly due to us under the Terms.

Procurement of home cuisine catering ltd services:-

Due to the limited dates and requests for events and catering services that occur over peak Spring, Summer and Autumn dates and in an effort to assure that there are no misunderstandings,

Home cuisine catering ltd have outlined some points of potential confusion concerning our catering and service policies. We ask that you read them carefully and understand them, receipt of your deposit payment signify to us (Home cuisine catering ltd) that you fully understand and accept our policies, terms and conditions.

Date Reservation Fee: To hold the date for your Event, you must place an agreed date reservation fee.
This is a down payment to secure and confirm the date you have requested and is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to another date or service if you:
1. Cancel your Event.
2. Decide to use another catering service.
3. Postpone your event date.
4. Any other reason that might cause Home cuisine catering ltd to turn down other business because we have confirmed your event in good faith.
Equipment Hire - A separate payment is required for equipment hire, Home cuisine Catering ltd reserves the right to use third party companies to supply equipment and or Items that may be required in the fulfillment of your event, all equipment hire charges are paid in full and any payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Final Payment- All EVENTS must be paid for no later than 7 days prior to the event date confirmed. Home cuisine Catering Ltd will accept partial payments if you would like to spread out the cost, If your event is booked 4 or more months before your date.

After half the time to your event has elapsed from when your event date was confirmed your event date will be LOCKED OUT and absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason.

Cancellation Policy- If YOUR event or service requirement is canceled prior to the mid term lockout date, only an agreed refund of payment may be made, this refund will be upon an agreed amount and purely at the discretion of Home Cuisine Catering Ltd

Alterations and changes – Home Cuisine Catering Ltd will accept any alterations or changes to menus, dietary requirement Up to 3 weeks before your confirmed event date, you may change, alter inform us of food allergies up to 21 days from the scheduled event date, requests to change, alter or reduce numbers of attendance will NOT be accepted.

NO refunds will be offered for reductions in guests for any reason.

Intellectual Property

Please be aware that we may use any feedback, comments, or suggestions that you send us or post in our forums without any obligation to you.

The technology we use to provide the Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services. For example, you must not, and must not attempt to, use the services to do the following things.

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network;

  • Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures;

  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, shared areas of the Service which you have not been invited to, (or our service providers’) computer systems;

  • Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services;

  • Plant malware or otherwise use the Services to distribute malware;

  • Access or search the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces (for example, "scraping");

  • Send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam; send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";

  • Publish anything that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes another's rights; promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization;

  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • Publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that advocate bigotry, religious, racial or ethnic hatred;

  • Violate the law in any way, or violate the privacy of others, or defame others.

location, transaction amount, payment method and cardholder details.
1.5. When you access our website or use any of our mobile applications we may automatically collect
information including, but without limitation, your IP address, operating system, browser type,
identifiers for your computer or mobile device, your visit date and time and your visit behavior.
2. Processing Information About You
2.1. We use information collected about you in order to provide our Services and to deliver all relevant
information to you including transaction receipts, and support messages.
2.2. We may use information collected about you to communicate with you about news and updates to
our Services and to inform you about any promotions, incentives and rewards offered by us unless you
choose to opt out of such communications.

including never sharing your Account or login details with anyone. If you believe that any of your
Account login details have been exposed, you can change your password at any time through our
website or mobile application, but you should always also immediately contact customer service.
5.3. Transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Therefore, we cannot
guarantee the security of the transmission of your information to us. Any transmission is at your own
risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security structures to
prevent unauthorised access.
6. Cardholder Data Security
6.1. Home Cuisine Catering Ltd is responsible for the security of cardholder data which is processed,
transmitted and stored within systems that we use. To this end, Home Cuisine Catering Ltd is certified
as compliant under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Home Cuisine
Catering Ltd applies best industry practice to safeguard this sensitive data and to ensure that it operates
in line with these requirements, and to this end Home Cuisine Caterings Payment processor undergoes
annual audits to ensure that we continue to meet this high standard.
6.2. Home Cuisine Catering Ltd is required to maintain all transactional Data for AML purposes for a
minimum period of 5 years after the relationship with you, our Customer, ends. We maintain your
Cardholder customers information, in some instances name, email or telephone number which is used
for receipt issuing purposes, in line with this legal requirement.
7. Retention
7.1. We are required by law to retain certain records of the information collected about you for a period
of at least five (05) years after termination of your Account or use of our service. Otherwise, we reserve
the right to delete and destroy all of the information collected about you upon termination of your
Account unless you request otherwise. If agreed we shall continue to store your information, for
example your transaction history, which you may require for accounting purposes.
7.2. Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to request the deletion of your data. Depending on
the services that have been undertaken by Home Cuisine Catering Ltd to enable the relationship to
proceed, we may be required to hold certain data for five years from the date of request of deletion of
data, for legal purposes. We cannot continue to provide the Home Cuisine Catering Ltd service to you
if you request the deletion of your data.
